BREEAM Pre-Assessments

A life cycle assessment is undertaken to assess the whole life carbon of a project. Following the UKGBC framework and the RICS WLCA Professional Standard, we undertake accurate assessments, identify opportunities and make recommendations to achieve carbon objectives.

BREEAM Review

Wilson Sustainability provide a review service, typically for the client when a main contractor is required to deliver BREEAM certification. This process provides an impartial reassurance that the assessment is proceeding in a timely manner and that the desired outcome will be achieved.

BREEAM Co-Ordination

We provide guidance and liaise with the design team to collate all required evidence to make the BREEAM process easier and smoother. We liaise with the appointed BREEAM assessor to deliver the required outcomes.
